Brandt Engineering, Inc. was established in 1982 by William G. Brandt, Jr. P.E. and has grown into the 22-person multi-discipline consulting engineering firm it is today.  We have extensive experience in new and renovation work for various commercial projects including supermarket, retail, educational, multi-family housing, office buildings and multi-use projects. We employ skilled engineers, designers, Cadd operators, administrative personnel, and are currently registered in over half of the US states. 

The firm’s ownership transitioned over in 2002 from Mr. Brandt to its current partners, with a combined experience of over 100 years in consulting engineering.  The firm has a policy of 100% commitment to serving their clients and production of quality documents to ensure minimum construction cost while satisfying code requirements.  Special attention is given to innovative and easily constructed solutions for all aspects of design.  Design solutions are flexible and responsive to suggestions from related professionals and contractors.  

Construction documents are produced with the objective of ensuring that the contractor can bid the project accurately and can construct the project from the documents.  Documents are delivered on time and to the specified level of detail required at all stages of production from schematic design through construction documents.  The office is completely computerized, using the most current software to perform a variety of engineering activities.  This software is combined with the ideal compliment of hardware to perform HVAC load calculations, energy analyses, geothermal well field design, lighting calculations, and precise equipment selections in addition to standard word processing and spreadsheet applications.  Construction documents can be created in either AutoCAD or Revit as desired by the Client.
